With rough-edged soundscapes and honest lyrics about adult relationships and life, Dögg Nónsgjógv’s new music is both intimate and bold.

She first became known in the Faroe Islands as a teenager, then took a long break from music. In recent years, she has made a strong comeback with the EP Døggfallin and the album Livandi. Her distinctive voice has always been at the center of her work, and she has also been invited to collaborate with leading Faroese artists.
