Hamferð joins G! line-up

Now it's time to cast off their skin; their black suits have been hung in the closet. What do we get instead from one of the world's best doom metal bands? You have to go to G! and experience it!

One of the world's best doom metal bands is Faroese, and on March 22nd, they will release the album "Men Guðs hond er sterk".

Six years have passed since the release of their masterpiece "Támsins likam", and it's safe to say that doom metal enthusiasts these days are eagerly anticipating their new release.

We've experienced Hamferð at G! several times before, and each time is equally memorable.

In their black suits and with their solemn appearance, they have managed to create a sense of darkness, reminiscent of the rugged landscape of famous painter Mykines.

Now it's time to cast off their skin; their black suits have been hung in the closet.

What do we get instead from one of the world's best doom metal bands?

Seven artists and bands will be added to G!'s lineup during this week, adding to the list of previously announced Faroese names: Dania, Einangran, Knút, and Eivør.

Follow us as we announce a new exciting Faroese music name daily. Tickets are available for purchase at gfestival.fo.
