Dania O. Tausen joins the line-up

If you live on the Faroe Islands and you haven't heard of Dania O. Tausen this past year, you must have been living under a rock.

No one has made a bigger impact on the music scene than this hard-working multi-artist from Toftir.

It's no surprise that Dania O. Tausen has the most FMA nominations (local Grammy awards) this year.

She's nominated twice for "album of the year", both as a solo artist and as a member of the band Aggrasoppar. She is also nominated for "song of the year" and for "best visual expression of the year".

Dania has a unique touch of the Faroese language in all her art. She uses a language that everyone can relate to in a clever and sophisticated way.

We can’t wait to experience what you might already call Faroese artist of the year, Dania O. Tausen, at G!
