Hoyma means ‘home’ and bit means ‘bite’.

HOYMAbit is home concerts, home made food, and genuine hospitality in an actual Faroese family home featuring leading Faroese artists.

This HOYMAbit is featuring Kári Sverrisson known for his solo work and his work with bands Enekk, Orka and more. Kári is considered among the most influential musicians in the Faroese music scene and apart from his songwriting and performing he is also one of the leading experts of traditional Faroese music.
Hosting this HOYMAbit in their family home are Karl and Noomi Gregersen. They also prepare and serve the traditional home made food tasters made with produce from their small scale sheep farm. Also inluded drinks, coffee, and homemade dessert.

HOYMAbit is organized by G! Grunnurin (G! Festival, HOYMA) in the home of small scale farmers Karl and Noomi Gregersen who will also be preparing and serving the food.
