 This workshop is all about energy.

It is about waking up and coming back to life, about building, moving and flowing with your natural energy of life. You will build energy, experience energy and feel energy. With +20 years of experience Birita Nolsø will gently guide you through different energy-flows changing from gentle bubbling softness to strong primal power. We will do some fun exercises with lots of gorgeous music. You will also learn some basic energy effective mindfulness techniques.



Faroese Birita Nolsø owns vaksa.fo and works mainly in Denmark and in the Faroe Islands. In 2020 she wrote and published the first Faroese booklet on mindfulness called FLUFFY. She is also co-writer of the Danish book - 5 Qualities of the Heart. Birita has dedicated time and energy in deeper meditation and energy training. Birita lives in Denmark comes regularly to The Faroe Islands to give energy treatments, group trainings and retreats.
