There are many great artists and bands in the Faroe Islands. But one of the best and most overlooked bands must be Konsørn.
With the song "Bei", Konsørn won the FMA (local Grammy) in 2021 for "best composition".
Both members of the power duo are exceptionally talented and highly educated musicians. It's no wonder they are among the most sought-after musicians on the Faroe Islands.
The stars behind the stars will take centre stage and shine on you at G!. Mattias Kapnas on synths and piano and Jan Rúni Poulsen on percussion and drums - the latter nominated at FMA 2024 as "musician of the year".

Seven artists and bands will be added to G!'s lineup during this week, adding to the list of previously announced Faroese names: Jógvan, Elinborg, Alias Morera, Hamferð, Dania, Einangran, Knút, and Eivør.
