As usual, the hot pots are running on the beach at G!, and now you can even relax with aromatherapy in Hans Kristian's SaunaG!us.

Many have already enjoyed it, but it's still possible to try out the wonderful SaunaG!us on Friday and Saturday at 2, 4, and 7 o'clock.

SaunaG!us is 20 minutes of aromatherapy, where the heat is brought up to 80-100 degrees celsius, and then you nee dfive minutes to cool down -- you can jump into the sea, or just enjoy yourself on the sand -- and then you go back in for 20 minutes, during which the heat is driven even further up.

Aromatherapy works by blending water with various aromatic oils before tossing it over the red-hot stones in the sauna, therefore spreading the scents out in a mist throughout the sauna. The result is that you understand yourself better, clean out your body and strengthen your immune system at the same time.
