A Wonderful Time in Wonderful Weather
Everyone is relaxing and enjoying themselves while they wait for the last big performance of the night.
After a sunny afternoon, darkness and cold have crept out over Syðrugøta... but the beach is still burning hot!
Although there's a break in the music, there's lots to see and hear at G!. While they wait for the next group, many people are visiting the pancake stand, where the line is stretching all the way down to the sand.
The cocktail shed is chock-full of cheerful, dancing people, who are singing along to "Sweet Home Alabama" at the top of their lungs -- even as they try to hold onto their plastic glasses.
On the playground, a happy crowd has gathered on the field. While one drums on his thigh, the others sing old songs, each in their own octave.
Many have already gathered in front of the stage on the beach, while others are slowly walking down. For a little while, no music is heard -- only merriment -- but suddenly a weak bass sounds, and the lights flicker throughout the fjord. The Bloody Beetroots are stepping on stage, and the crowd is flipping out.
