Fimm rútmur

Vivian Sjóðklett hevur undirvíst í fimm rútmum síðan 2011 og er tað á G! møguligt at royna at dansa fimm rúmtumr. Við sær hevur hon Bjørk, sum tekur tykkum á eina ferð ígjøgnum rimm rútmutónleik, harímillum egna úrvalsframleiðslu.

Saman vilja tær taka tykkum gjøgnum spennandi rútmur.

Dansa sum um ongin sær - fimm elementir:

Eld - vatn - luft - jørð og rúm.

Við íblástri frá Gabrielle Roth, ið sigur:

Mín vegur er tann dansandi vegurin. Mín bíblia er kroppurin, tí kroppurin

kann ikki lúgva. Mín meistari er rútman. Har er ongin dogma í dansinum.

Tá ein letur sín kropp dansa flysast lygnir av kroppinum, og tað, sum ein

hevur eftir er lívsmegin og veran.

Rørsla er heilgvágur.

Tær fimm sálarrútmurnar.
