Five Rhythms

Vivian Sjóðklett has been teaching the five rhythms dance since 2011 and on G! festival is it will be possible to try to dance the five rhythms.

Along with her she brings Bjørk, so the music will be just perfect.

They will take you on a journey through a mixed selection of five rhythms

music including some of their own production.

Dance like nobody watcing - five elements:

Fire -water - ear - earth and space.

Inspired from Gabrielle Roth who says:

My way is the is dancing way. My bibel is the body, because the body

can't lie. My master is the rythm. There is no dogma in the dance. When

you let the body dance , you skin the lies of, until the only you have left

is the strength of life and being.

Movement is medicin.

The five rhythms of the soul.

Saturday 17.05 - 18.05 pm.
