Vivian Sjóðklett has been teaching the 5 rhythm dance since 2011 and on G
festival it is possible to try to dance the 5 rhythms. Along Vivian brings and
Bao from Italy and faroese Bjørk.

Together they will take you on a journey through a mixed selection of 5 rhythm
music including some of their own productions.

Fire - Water - Air - Earth and Eather.

My way is the is dancing way. My bibel is the body, because the body
cant lie. My master is the rytme. There is no dogma in the dance. When
you let the body dance , you skin the lies of, until the only you have left
is the strength of life and being. Movement is medicin.
