Free Dinner with Chef Gutti Winther by the Boathouses in Syðrugøta at 7 PM
Faroese chef Gutti Winther will serve a free meal of fish (bacalao) with mashed potatoes, seaweed, and beer.
The food will be served as a part of a food programme from 18.00-19.00 in the harbour, where anthropologist Sunniva G. Mortensen and Ph.D. Agnes Mols Mortensen will offer a chance to sample Faroese seaweed.
The food event at G! is part of the art and literature event Always Coming Home, arranged by local publisher Eksil with the Danish publisher Laboratory for Aesthetics and Ecology.
