Thursday at G!: The Biggest Ever

The organizers are happy to announce that Thursday was G! Festival's biggest ever!

Thousands of people in Gøta

Already on Thursday, Syðrugøta was packed with festival-goers, as world-famous pop-star MØ performed on the beach stage.

5,000 people have come to Gøta, a record number for a G! Festival Thursday.

Earlier in the week, the schedule was described as "the best ever" by the Faroese broadcasting company. The excellent line-up was undoubtably the reason the festival was so well attended yesterday.

Fred Ruddick, the booker at G! Festival, says that working on the schedule for 18 months gave them the time and room they needed to make it perfect.

It is still possible to get tickets to G! Festival, but the camping area is now full.

So far, everything at G! has gone perfectly. There have been almost no delays or changes.

We are looking forward to a great Friday and Saturday in Gøta. See you at G!
