The Queen of Faroese Music has Come Home!

Annika Hoydal is counted among the Faroes' greatest musical treasures, and she will be performing on the beach tonight.

Tonight at 19:30 one of this country's greatest musicians, Annika Hoydal, will take the big stage on the beach.

With beautiful Gøtuvík as the perfect backdrop, Annika will perform songs from her newest album, Endurljós, alongside old hits like "Aldan" that all Faroe Islanders know by heart.

Annika Hoydal, truly a legend in the Faroes and sometimes called the Queen of Faroese Music, is better than ever. Her strong, pure voice is both beautiful and powerful, whether she is singing her older songs -- which have long since passed into the Faroese songbook -- or her newest works, which she crafted to lyrics written by her brother Gunnari Hoydal.

Seeing Annika tonight will be an unmissable experience, and one we are all looking forward to!
