BÓK (BOOK) + SOUND
Lív Maria Róadóttir Jæger will read from BÓK. In the performance, poetry and voice are woven together with an electronic soundscape by composer Lasse Jæger (SUPERVISJÓN). BÓK is a collection in which body, nature, and inner life merge into a poetics where navel, thighs, lips, nails, jaw, smile, peach blossom, river, doubt and forgiveness, psyche and sexuality are interwoven. The poems are intimate, physical, and deeply experimental—written as if they were part of a plural memory, or echoes from a world that has either disappeared or only just come into being within consciousness.
