The ROKK 'n' BBQ team—Sólfinn Danielsen, Jákup Sumberg, and Benjamin Petersen—are serving up natural wine and ocean-inspired treats, Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM at Rönn. They’re bringing some delicious bottles of amber natural wine, which is white wine made using the same method as red wine. Alongside, they’ll be serving a “gumbo dish,” inspired by the American South but mixed with Faroese ingredients.
