Danish band When Saints Go Machine sound was born of a complicated melting pot of musical influences. Crossing dance, post-punk, experimental electronica, pop and two-step, the end result resembles a heady mix of modern electronics, European club culture, contemporary rap and dualism between composed and produced sounds that don't really sound like anything else out there. Their unique brand of digital pop experiments has seen them collaborate with the likes of Killer Mike (Run The Jewels), and carved themselves an exciting niche and received critical acclaim worldwide.
They released their fifth studio album “Emotional” this spring and it presents the three-piece in a more accessible musical sphere than most would expect succeeding their previous two acclaimed experimental albums. “Emotional” tackles our innermost vulnerabilities – addiction, love and loss.
