For a few years G! Festival has created something special combining the Faroe Islands festival with the volcanic power of Icelandic hip hop and rap. Chemistry that has mixed a wild cocktail providing a one of a kind party experience in unparalleled circumstances. Acts like Reykjavikurdætur and Ulvur Ulvur have led crowds to mad heights of hedonism. We can’t say why exactly, maybe its the connection with Iceland, and the language, maybe its the space G! takes place. What we know is when these shows happen, it goes off.

So it’s only right we bring an act considered one of the original voices of the Icelandic scene: Emmsjé Gauti, to G! Showcasing flambouyant Pop, humour and unadulterated rhyming skill. Emmsje Gauti has written his place in the story book of Icelandic music history, with tracks like "Silfurskotta" and “Reykjavík”.
