Fatboy Slim (UK)

It is with pure delight we announce Fatboy Slim for G! 2019. His music is a world of widescreen emotion, psychedelic soul, and the best dance music you’ve ever heard. It has seen him headline the legendary events, win ten MTV Video Music Awards, two Brit Awards, and top music charts all over the world for the past two decades.

Albums like “You’ve Come a Long Way Baby” that included singles “The Rockerfeller Skank” and “Praise you” landed UK number 1’s, and world wide success. It wasn’t just a great record. It was a pop phenomenon that made him the worlds biggest dance artist. Crossing the Atlantic to make him the biggest British Artist in the U.S of the era. Performing “Praise You” and winning 3 Awards at the MTV Music Awards in New York.

His third album “halfway between the gutter and stars” included “Weapon of Choice” and the iconic music video with Hollywood heavyweight Christopher Walken. Walking away with six MTV Music Awards in New York that year, the most awards won at the ceremony.

On stage Fatboy Slim has created even more headlines. An open air concert on Brighton Beach with organisers expecting 60,000 people, was attended by 250,000 people. From headlining Glastonbury in 2006, and 2008. To closing the famous Sahara stage at Coachella the same year. Performing at events like the FIFA World Cup Festival in Cape Town in 2010. To the closing ceremony of the London Olympics in 2012 - on top of a giant inflatable octopus!
