KONNI KASS hailed as one of most promising new acts from the Faroe Islands, and their debut album HAPHE (Nov 2016) was very well received both at home, and abroad. Critics all over Europe have applauded it, and various music blogs have said it to be one of the best releases of 2016. 

The band KONNI KASS is driven forward by a soulful female voice, and they delicately flirt with a universe of synths and space effects. The band consisting of Konni Kass (vocals), Torleik Mortensen (bass), Knút Háberg Eysturstein (keys) and Per Ingvaldur Højgaard Petersen (drums) was founded in May 2015, and they have already enjoyed significant international interest. Their performance at the SPOT Festival showcase in Denmark in 2016 resulted in international record deals, booking partnerships in Scandinavia and GSA, not to mention the prominent Reeperbahn Festival 2016 and Iceland Airwaves Festival 2016 bookings.

The band is on their release tour in Denmark and Germany at the moment, and they are very excited to be a part of the G! Festival 2017.
